If you're someone who enjoys good vibes, shared dinners (when it happens), and a relaxed but tidy home, this might be the perfect place for you. 🏡 **About the Apartment & Your Room** 📍 Located on Möllevångsgatan – right in the lively Möllan area, close to Triangeln (5–6 min walk). 🏠 The apartment is 100 m² with high ceilings, spacious common areas, and lots of charm. 🛏 Your room is around 23–25 m², unfurnished with a big wardrobe built in (bed and drawer can be bought from the previous flatmate). 🍽 Shared spaces: Kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine & dryer in the apartment. 🚭 No smoking inside & 🐾 no pets (occasional visiting pets are cool). 💰 **Rent & Move-in Details** 💸 6,400 SEK/month + utilities (~300 SEK/month for internet & electricity). 📄 Subtenant contract with no end date. 📅 Move-in date: mid-April (earliest, but can be flexible) to beginning of May (latest). 🔐 Deposit: One month’s rent. 👯‍♂️ **About Your Future Roommates** We’re a small but social household and collective: 🇳🇱 **Jourike**: 30-year-old from the Netherlands, works full-time and studies to become a personal trainer. Enjoys gym sessions, yoga, sauna and fika. 🇮🇹 **Lavinia**: 28-year-old from Italy, works at a social enterprise, loves sports (beach volleyball and tennis) and gym training, traveling. Enjoys baking, sauna, and cozy evenings. 🗣 We both speak Swedish and English and enjoy a mix of social time and personal space.
