Golven är s. k. skurgolv och om man spiller behöver det genast torkas upp, detta gäller i synnerhet rödvin. Det är en charmig, ljus och tyst lägenhet. Lister och dörrar behöver en ansiktslyftning men i övrigt finns inget direkt att anmärka på. Skickar fler bilder efter intresseanmälan. The apartment has wooden floors in all rooms, a generous kitchen, fridge (with just a tiny freezer) - good wardrobe and hallway. Fresh toilet. Separate shower in the bedroom. The floors are so-called scrub floors and if you spill it, it needs to be wiped up immediately, this especially applies to red wine. It is a charming, bright and quiet apartment. The moldings and doors need a facelift but otherwise there is nothing specific to remark. I will send pictures when contacted. A spare key is kept in the boardroom in case craftsmen need to come in and there is no one to receive them.
